Safety of Passengers

"    Seatbelts must be worn in all buses that have them fitted.

"    Vehicles used do not have wheelchair access and unfortunately we are unable to accommodate these passengers. Please inform staff of any other mobility aide dependencies when booking your charter.

"    No smoking is permitted in any of our vehicles. (It is against the law in NSW to smoke in a Public Transport Vehicle.)

"    All passengers are to remain seated when the bus is in motion.

"    For Occupational Health and safety and for the comfort of other passengers, Golf shoes and other shoes with spikes should not be worn on our vehicles.

"    The Driver/Host may at any time refuse to carry any person who in the driver's opinion exhibits unacceptable, aggressive, or threatening behaviour.

"    The Driver/Host may at any time refuse to carry any person who in the driver's opinion is affected by alcohol or any other drug and exhibits unacceptable, aggressive, or threatening behaviour.

"    The Hirer will be responsible for the conduct of passengers and for any damages caused to the vehicle by passengers during the course of the hire.

"    Lets Go Tours and Charters reserves the right to charge the hirer for any damage and cleaning fees caused during the course of your hire and this cost is payable on demand.

"    No food or beverage is to be consumed in any of our buses. Water bottles are accepted with a secure lid.

"    Passengers are not permitted to place any part of their body outside the moving vehicle.

"    Passengers are requested to remove their rubbish on exiting the vehicle.

"    No alcohol is to be consumed in any of our vehicles.

"    Lets Go Tours and Charters shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by the termination of its service due to unruly behavior

Financial

"    All prices are in Australian Dollars and GST inclusive, unless otherwise stated

"    All quotes are valid for seven (7) days.

"    Prices quoted are subject to change due to market conditions, or changes in Federal State or Local Laws between the date of confirmation and the date of departure.

"    By confirming your booking with Lets Go Tours and Charters you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.

"    By making a deposit to secure a booking with Lets go Tours and Charters you and bound by its Terms and Conditions.

"    When the hirer requests changes to the hire, any change from the original quote resulting in additional kilometres or hours to the specified chartered service will result in additional charges these charges may include but not limited to tolls, vehicle enter fees, or parking fees. Let's Go Tours and Charters will notify the hirer of any additional charges that may have been incurred as a result of these changes.

"     All payments to Let's Go Tours and Charters are to be made by direct deposit to Lets Go Tours and Charters Bank Account. The Bank details will be available to the hirer on confirmation of their booking. Business cheques can be accepted only at the discretion of Lets Go Tours and Charters. Please be aware that all payments paid by cheque will need to be cleared 14 days prior to departure date.

"    Any dishonoured cheques will result in a $35.00 fee plus any penalty fees issued by our Bank .A re booking fee may also apply.

"    Let's Go Tours and Charters will require a 20% deposit to secure your booking.

"    Let's Go Tours and Charters will require an additional 30% or 50% of the booking invoice price 30 days prior to departure date.

"    Let's Go Tours and Charters will require 100% of the quoted booking price 7 days prior to departure.

"    Cancellation of your booking within 0 to 7 days of departure date will incur a 100% cancellation fee of your payment received.

"    Cancellation of your booking within 8 to 30 days of your departure date will incur a 50% cancellation fee of your payment received.

"    Cancellation of your booking over 30 days from your departure date, Let's Go Tours and Charters will refund your full payment received less 10% for administration charges.

"    Any refunds paid as a result of cancellations will be deposited to your nominated bank account.

"    Failure to make payments as per the terms and conditions may result in your booked service being cancelled. In this instance the cancellation terms and conditions will apply. A rebooking fee may also apply.

"    All invoices must be paid in full prior to departure time.

Other Important facts

"    The Company gives its advice in good faith and cannot guarantee the specific times and will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by the amendments to journey times and or breakdown of its vehicles.

"    The driver makes the final decision for the route taken based on the time of day, day of the week, road conditions, and accidents or other unforeseen circumstances.

"    The driver is instructed to comply to drive at all times in compliance with governing laws

"    Any late arrivals at your destinations from the above events are not cause for refunds or partial refunds or compensation in any way.

"    Let's Go Tours and Charters does not accept any liability for any damage to or loss of any property left upon the vehicle by the passenger whether or not with the knowledge of Lets Go Tours and Charters and the driver.

"    All lost property will be returned to the office of Let's Go Tours and Charters and Registered in our lost and found register

"    All lost property will be held at Let's Go Tours and Charters office for a maximum of three (3) months after which time the item will be deposed of.

"    In the event of a mechanical failure Lets Go Tours and Charters may replace the original bus to the charter service. The replacement bus may be a different type and may not be equipped with the same equipment as the original vehicle.

"    Lets Go Tours and Charters takes no responsibility for the hirer displaying copyright DVD's and CD's in its vehicles or hire vehicles.

"    Let's Go Tours and Charters reserves the right to outsource Tours and Charters work when it is unable to undertake a booking because of a vehicle or driver availability.

"    The agreed and arranged finishing time remains the same regardless of the starting time.

"    The Hirer is responsible for reserving and paying for a separate room and main meal for each driver for any overnight tour or charter.

"    A full itinerary for extended overnight trips is required at our office at least two (2) weeks prior to departure date.

"    Should you have a complaint in relation to services provided by Lets Go Tours and Charters your complaint can be made in writing to our head office within 14 days from date of booking. Please address your complaint to Lets Go Tours and Charters at, 14 Trelawney Street, Killarney Vale NSW 2261.

"    Your Complaint will be registered in our complaint register and addressed within 14 days upon receipt. We will reply to you with a response in 14 days.

"    Let's Go Tours and Charters reserves the right to charge a Security Bond on any or all of its bookings. Should a security bond be required further Terms and conditions will apply and will appear on the customer's written quotation. The security bond is payable on invoice.

"     Should a Security Bond be taken as a result of your booking, it does not limit the hirer's liability for damages to the amount of that security bond. Let's Go Tours and Charters reserves the right to charge the hirer for any or all costs as a result of damages and cleaning in excess of the Security bond. Lets Go Tours and Charters, in its discretion , will refund  the security bond if our vehicle has been maintained in a clean and damaged free state by the hirer and their guests. All security bond refunds, in part or full, will be deposited to the hirer's  Bank Account in 2 business days from services provided, and the hirers account details provided to us.

This agreement is the final agreement between the parties and supersedes any and all other agreements either oral or written with respect to the subject matter herewith.
