Hunter Valley Wine Tours Featured

Wandin Valley

  • Established in the early 1970's and the mature Shiraz and Chardonnay vines are over 30 years old.

  • The previous owners, James and Philippa Davern, renamed the estate Wandin Valley after the fictional town featured in the series "A Country Practice" produced by James Davern's television company.

Warraroong Estate

  • Warraroong EstateThis Hunter Valley vineyard site was initially established in the late 1800's as Daisy Hill Estate vineyard.
  • Open 10am – 5pm (7 days )
  • Currently Warraroong grows Semillon, Chardonnay, Verdelho, Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc & Shiraz.
  • They have been awarded 21 trophies and 38 Gold Medals at national wine shows.
  • The grapes are hand picked to ensure the highest quality fruit is harvested in the best possible condition. This company limits the harvest to 2 tonnes per acre also to ensure the highest quality fruit is harvested in the best possible condition.
